Richard comes from an impressive line of 4th generation Arizonans and 3rd generation real estate brokers and was the original founder/owner of Prescott Realty, Inc. He began his real estate career in 1973 in Pinetop Show Low, Arizona and in 1984 opened up two real estate offices in Chandler and Ahwatukee Phoenix. Richard successfully managed over 100+ agents at these offices and was awarded #1 in Total Listings & Sold Volume in the area from 1984 to 1991 – an incredible feat.

Richard’s wealth of knowledge, seasoned experience, unrelenting work ethic, and an extensive professional network have been the core pillars that continue to make Prescott Realty one of the most successful and trusted real estate companies in Prescott.

Earned B.A. Degree in Education from Arizona State University.

Elementary Educator through out the Phoenix area.

Real estate agent with the award-winning West USA Revelation sales team (Phoenix, AZ).
